After learning the requirements from our client, our business team created a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) document and developed Kaam.com for employers and job seekers to connect with one another in the hospitality industry. This platform features a job board where employers can post available positions and job seekers can search for and apply for them.
In addition, we developed an Android mobile app with three panels: one for job seekers, one for recruiters to list jobs, and an admin panel with the most useful features to reduce the hassle of manually managing requests.
The Kaam app includes a user-friendly job search feature that allows job seekers to search for jobs, create a video resume, apply for jobs, communicate with recruiters, receive job alerts, and use the learning module to improve their skills. It also provides features for recruiters to manage job postings and applicant pools and recommend the best-matched candidates. The administration panel offers management of the applicant tracking system, reporting, and analytics.
Kaam.com is the ideal match for both job seekers and employers. This platform offers a range of services to employers, including employee onboarding, performance management, and training and development programs. Employers can use our platform to post job openings and filter candidates based on their qualifications or skills.
